Payment of Fees
Prior to each month's commencement, payment of fees is mandatory. Enrollment in the class will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment, and the Centre reserves the right to deny entry to students who have not settled their fees. All fees paid for classes are non-refundable and cannot be reimbursed.
New students joining the Centre during the academic year are required to pay a one-time fee of $120 for materials. This fee covers the essential materials for all chapters and will be distributed according to the Centre's schedule. Materials will not be provided in advance.
In the event of a student's absence, it is their responsibility to arrange attendance in a different class within the same academic week.
Unable to attend
If a student is unable to arrange a replacement class, they may request access to a recorded video lesson.
The Centre reserves the right to deny class attendance to any student displaying symptoms or suspected of having symptoms such as fever, contagious diseases, excessive sneezing, or profuse coughing.
Student's safety and wellbeing
While the Centre prioritizes student safety, it assumes no liability for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the provision of its services. The Centre reserves the right to refuse entry or dismiss any student displaying disruptive, aggressive, abusive, or other inappropriate behavior that jeopardizes the well-being of other students or the overall learning environment. In the case of continuous misconduct, the Centre may dismiss the student without refund.
Loss of personal belongings
The Centre cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings lost within its premises.
Classes scheduled on public holidays will be rescheduled to an alternative date and time. Parents and students will be notified of these changes at least two weeks in advance.
Advertising and promotional
The Centre may use photos, sounds, and videos recorded within the premises for advertising and promotional purposes on its media platforms.

All learning materials, including notes, worksheets, case studies, etc., are protected by copyright and intended for personal use only. Students are strictly prohibited from selling or redistributing these materials in any form. Voice and video recording during lessons are strictly prohibited, and legal action may be taken against students who violate this policy.
